Taiwo Happy With Man City Interest

Olympique Marseille's Nigerian defender Taye Taiwo admits he's happy with interest from English club Manchester City.

The defender has been linked with the high-spending English Premier League side and he says he will only leave Marseille at the end of the season.

Taiwo told La Provence: "From time to time I am told that Manchester City and other English clubs are interested in me. It makes me smile.

"I will listen (to possible offers) in June, not before.

"When I see the fans support me in the cold at Auxerre, I am focused on my game, not on a transfer abroad."
He said.
